Our 2023 Cohort Emerging Leaders have participated in their first workshop

Members of the 2023 Emerging Leaders participated in the first workshop for the year. An exciting, tailored day of authentic leadership development, equipping them to thrive, and inspire them to action.

The external presenters focused on presence and leadership skills, supporting the participants to show up powerfully in all aspects of their communication, while exploring the dynamics of status and empower the Emerging Leaders to bring an authentic presence to work, and support them to inspire their colleagues and peers

Due to the vulnerability and openness of the workshop, our external presenters requested that no photos were to be taken, so that there were no distractions and participants could get the best out of the day, there was, however very positive feedback for the day:
