We are pleased to announce that following a competitive process, 12 surgeons have been welcomed into our 2023 Emerging Leaders Programme. Read more about our Emerging Leaders and why they applied.
Our refreshed Emerging Leaders programme aims to encourage women and non-binary people to become familiar with, and subsequently apply for, leadership roles within the surgical and healthcare profession.
Each programme runs for 21 months, starting in January and finishing in September of the following year. Applications for the 2024 cohort open in summer 2023. You can register your interest here.
